Returns
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us on 07581202910 or email admin@jarvisandcojewellery.com so we can arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Jarvis & Co. Jewellery do not give cash/card refunds, we will however exchange goods or give credit to the value of the returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then we will supply you with a code, this code will be used on Jarvis & Co’s website or in person at any event to purchase goods to the value of the returned product.
Gifts
If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same or greater value, or gift voucher.
Online Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel an online order, please contact us on 07581202910 or email admin@jarvisandcojewellery.com.
Please note, orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel and you must return the item within 14 days.
Personalised/bespoke orders cannot be cancelled if the order has already been processed.
In the case of personalised jewellery, once we have started the work, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item for a exchange, please return in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that Bespoke and personalised jewellery are exempt from exchange.
Earrings are not exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
To return an item to us, please follow the steps below.

- Securely package items in its original box.
- Ensure you clearly write your order number, name and address.

- The customer is responsible for the postage, we recommend you use Special Delivery, or via any other secure, track-able service.
- We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, these responsibilities are those of the customer.
Please Note
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Stud and drop earrings
- Bespoke jewellery
- Personalised jewellery
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
